The East Georgia Cancer Coaltion currently offers presentations on cancer prevention and early detection to groups including, but not limited to, churches, fraternities & sororities, dormitories, rotary clubs, etc. We also accept speaking engagements with media organizations such as radio & television stations to discuss current issues involving cancer.

EGCC prevention & early detection workshops are tailored to the needs and interests of each specific audience. Our resources and materials include: handouts, informative quizzes, posters, brochures, cancer-affected skin, breast, and testicular models and hands-on diagnostic demonstrations, as well as PowerPoint slides and other images.

Most recently we have offered workshops focusing on prostate health, breast health, colorectal cancer, cancer prevention for young adults, cancer facts for women, cancer facts for men, & choices for good health. These presentations go beyond prevention and offer information on screening guidelines and descriptions of treatment options.
