The Athens Tobacco Prevention Coalition is made of community members and representatives from agencies who care about our community’s health. Mission: To improve the health and quality of life in the Athens community by reducing the use of tobacco and its negative impact.

• Northeast Health District: Tobacco Use Prevention Program (Athens)

The mission of the Tobacco Use Prevention Program is to coordinate strategy in tobacco use prevention and control, provide assistance on policy development, and serve as a resource center for tobacco issues.
